Integrating the tracks in Jewish History and Jewish Thought, the department offers flexible, diverse, and updated academic programs focusing on Jewish history and intellectual tradition from the Biblical era to the present day.

The curriculum spans classical Mishnaic studies and Rabbinic literature, medieval philosophy and Kabbalah, Hasidism, and modern Zionism.
